Ashtar Command Quadrant Commander Science & Technology
Commander Soltek is the Quadrant Commander of Soltek Division of the Ashtar Command now known as the Solar Star Command. Its members are spiritual scientists within the science and technology. The Soltek Division is also responsible for restructuring and maintaining the Planetary Grids.
